Not directly but I have noticed a lot of coastal land loss near where I live. Like in the areas past Golden Meadow, like Leeville and Grand Isle, there’s been a lot of coastal land loss in that area. Especially with the past couple of hurricanes over the past few years, there used to be more solid land with more homes and other buildings there. Now it’s more of a marshy area.
I personally don’t know if there’s anything I could do to help fight coastal land loss. The only thing I could think of is planting more sturdy plants near the coast, because a good system would help keep the coast together instead of crumbling away whenever the tide comes in.
