My favorite seafood memory would be catching crabs when my kids were growing up, and also eating a lot of boiled crawfish, shrimp, crabs. Any one of the above is good boiled and fried.
My husband. He’s good at boiling seafood.
Favorite restaurant would be Politz’s in Thibodaux, which they have the best seafood.
