Coastal land loss does affect me. During Hurricane Ida, my grandparents lost their house, in which while my grandma stayed with us, my grandpa stayed in a camper on the property due to how bad his dementia was.
What we should be doing to decrease coastal land loss is to not litter. I find that littering, more specifically in water environments, harms our animals and land.
